HID’s and why you need them.

HID's or High Intensity Discharge Headlights are the new hotness.

The light's are all categorized by there Temperature, 4300K being perfect white (they say) 10000K Having more of a blue tint.  The most common temps are 4300K, 6000K, 8000K, 10000K.  I personally have the 8000K's on my truck. HID's are awesome in so many ways. Not only to they help you see better and further at night, But I have also noticed that they bounce off reflective things (like street signs) almost a mile down the road. Not to mention it sets you up for the fun encounters like I had last week. I'm behind a car, next light im next to him, He says "Sir your headlights are improperly aimed" I responded with "Sir your car is improperly Low".
